Terms of Use

Nilo: Routine Protector is provided by Lemos Navegacao e Transporte Fluvial Ltda, CNPJ 60.197.642/0001-54, Brazil. By using Nilo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Nilo

Nilo helps you build routines, track progress, and manage access to selected apps through Apple's Screen Time features. You must be at least 13. If you are below legal adulthood, obtain parent or guardian authorization where required by law. Purchases must be authorized by the Apple Account holder.

Use Nilo lawfully on devices you own or are authorized to manage. Do not interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Apple's Standard EULA governs the app license; these Terms supplement it.

2. Subscriptions

An active subscription is required for Nilo's main features. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same access. Prices and billing periods appear in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you subscribe.

Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before Apple's applicable renewal deadline. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nilo. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues for the remaining entitled period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Use Restore Purchases to recover eligible purchases. Request refunds through Apple's purchase support, subject to applicable law and Apple's process. Price changes follow Apple's rules and applicable notice requirements.

3. When access ends

When Nilo confirms that subscription access has ended, it shows the subscription screen, ends any running access session, records time already used, and releases its Screen Time restrictions. This depends on receiving updated subscription information and is not guaranteed at an exact moment while the app is closed.

Expiration does not erase your saved habits, history, strength, or time already spent. Resubscribing resumes protection using saved settings, provided Screen Time permission remains available.

4. Data and backups

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, iCloud backups, analytics, and subscription processing. Nilo can keep up to five routine backups in your private iCloud database when available. Restoration is manual. Backups may not include your latest changes or every setting, and may remain after uninstalling.

5. Availability and responsibility

Screen Time protection depends on iOS permissions and device behavior. Nilo does not guarantee particular habit outcomes or uninterrupted restrictions. It is a self-management tool, not a medical or safety service.

We may update or change the service, subject to obligations for existing paid subscriptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Law and updates

Brazilian law applies, without removing mandatory protections or access to courts available under the laws that apply where you live. We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes as required by law.
